Natalie Weber
Owner
Platinum Designer/Colorist
Natalie has been a trend-setting, professional hair designer/colorist for over 23 years. She has, throughout her career, maintained a strong commitment to continuing education. Her extensive training in various color and cutting techniques, including the Sahag dry cutting method and Paul Mitchell color blocking system, have provided Natalie with a unique edge that has helped place her at the top of her industry. Some of her most vital career experiences have been working with top educators, including Albie Mulcahy, Scott Cole, Linda Yodice, and Judith Moore. Natalie has attended a number of the industry's leading trade shows, from Chicago to Las Vegas. She continues to make "new techniques, ideas, and creative people-pleasing" the mantra of her Moonstone staff.
The Moonstone Salon name and concept are born of Natalie's consistent desire to inspire success in love and life. She also makes community service work a personal priority. Natalie has participated in events such as the "Pigtails and Panache Pageant," benefiting Franciscan Haircuts From The Heart; the "Hair Affair," dedicated to raising money for Aids research; and, cooperative participation with Aveda Corporation, helping to restore the dignity of the homeless. She and her staff continue to raise support funds for Families With ASD and to partner with Parkside Community Church to help build homes in Haiti.
Outside of the industry, Natalie is an avid runner, having completed over 30 marathons. She has utilized this avocation to raise over $2,600.00 for the Leukemia Society. To help raise money to support the efforts of the Diabetes Association, Natalie invested two years in coaching both walkers and runners to compete in, and complete, marathons held in Hawaii, Chicago, and Dublin, Ireland.
Natalie is committed to living life with passion and purpose, and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the world. Her dream, Moonstone Salon, is one more step in that direction.
